The location and entrance place. lobby is impressive. Nice restaurant on top.
Impolite staff, less organized staff , rooms are partly dirty, slow service in restaurant and at reception...

Stuff was very friendly and with helpfull tips. Cleaning ladies were good, a bit slow, waiting them to finish cleaning even you have taken the time for the breakfest. Locaton fantastic. It is important for Istanbul. No smelling odours from suers, which can be detected in old city hotels. Very nice roog terace, breakfest the same but colorfull. Everything for babes and small children. Parking in front of the hotel, but limitied, if somebody park before, you need to find other parking spot. I was lucky all the time, and car is needed in such city.
It is clean but not enough for 200EUR per day. Dust was on all things you are not using, sos telephone in bath, picture frames, somebodies sleepers under the bed, etc. Breakfest was always the same and variety of food is at the minimum. You are paying premium price for good looking hotel and location. Example, 5 star luxury hotels on Asian side are in half price even cheaper.

Chur, the location was spot on, heaps close to all the major sights! But the breakfast could've used a bit more variety, mate. A solid stay.

Location is excellent, just a short walk to major sights. The room we had was quite compact, making it a bit cramped for our family. Enjoyed some bike tours nearby.

Location - within 10 minutes walk of most important sites.
There was no ambience in the hotel; it is mainly used by business people on short stays. It was extremely expensive relative to other hotels in the area where we will stay next time.

The location in a quiet culdesac, adjacent to a main street and close to the major sites and amenities. The room was quiet, the desk staff were efficient and the internet was free of charge.
The bedding was worn, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was poorly lit, on arrival we complained re a failed lamp bulb, it was never fixed. During our stay the TV failed and was never fixed. Maintenance is a problem, Overall the hotel is tired and not worth the money.

Amazing Istanbul vibes 🇹🇷✨
Breakfast on the rooftop was a total jol, fine views of the Blue Mosque! The staff was super friendly, always ready to help, and our room had a lekker vibe. Plus, the location is just perfect for all the sights, walked everywhere, pure magic!
Only thing, our room felt a bit snug for a family. Could've used more space.
